The junior suite provided a comfortable night's rest in a spacious room with an additional bed.

Very good hotel with lots of comfort, clean and elegant. I can only recommend.

The service was excellent, the food was good. Moreover, wireless Internet worked well here. Location: the hotel was adjacent to outlet shops as well as the big outlet complex located in Las Rosas. I found Kloster Bierhof offering shots and different drinks 2 km of the venue.

The hotel was spacious. The meals were tasty.- The perfect location near the ferry port, train station, and shopping outlets was truly enjoyable.- The room was big with an extra bed.

It is easy to get to the city by train in twenty minutes. Very large rooms.

Breakfast was good, people at the hotel were very friendly, the hotel has an underground car park with plenty of space.

The location of the hotel should be better thought out in advance, because I do not like highway traffic noise and lack of fresh air. This is my mistake and has nothing to do with hotel services.

Conveniently situated between the edge of Madrid and downtown. 🏙️

Make sure to get double room with balcony, something else than sleep, for example.

The chip cards for the door locks had to be constantly updated because otherwise the room doors could not be opened.

Opting for the queen room turned out to be a fantastic choice, the overall experience was fabulous and the food, especially breakfast, was amazing and plentiful.

The triple room consisted of a 2-bed room with adjoining room with a 3rd bed and sofa& armchair. The bathroom was comfortable and spacious. Parking was available free of charge in the underground car park.

Sometimes the noises penetrate from the hallway into the rooms, especially when many guests arrive late in the evening. But altogether ok.

Clean, comfortable and very well run hotel. The secure parking is a bonus if you do not want to unload all of your luggage. We always use this hotel for overnight stays when travelling each year to Cosat Del Sol.

This place offers good service, on-site parking, and an absolutely perfect location for exploring bars and restaurants.

Jesus, the guy at the reception was outstanding. Made me feel really welcome and did everything to make my stay comfortable. Have stayed in a lot of hotels and he is the best receptionist i ever had!

The balcony's are full of sigarets and trash of former guests. They put me in a 'family' room first. the rooms with the wooden door that connect to another room. Could hear everything my neighbour said. But got a change of rooms right away.

Ease of access to the motorway and the room was a reasonable size

It was not good value for money, I had a ground floor room and was woken early in the morning by staff who were preparing the dining room and insisted on dragging the furniture acros the floor. It is a long way from central Madrid but there is a very good train service if you don't mind a 45 minute ride.
